Our reunion will be on September 6th, 2008 at John Barleycorn in Schaumburg, at 1020 National Parkway in Schaumburg. Doors will open at 5:00pm; the food and cocktail package will be from 6-9pm. After 9pm the club opens to the public and you are welcome to stay at the club until it closes. Evites will be sent out in July, at which point you can register for the liquor and food ticket or for the soft drinks and food ticket. Prices are still being finalized, but the liquor package will be around $60-$70 and the non-liquor package will be around $30-$40. Please make sure you send your email address to shsreunion1998@yahoo.com so that you will receive an Evite. You may contact us at that email address with any questions or concerns.
We will also be posting a list of the names of the people that we have not been able to get an email address for yet. We only have about a month left before the evites go out so we want to make sure we have everyone's contact information. We appreciate any help you can give us to make sure everyone knows about the reunion.

Yes, we already have your email address if you sent it to Sam a few months ago. Unfortunately, we still need about 400+ emails from our graduating class. We have posted the first list of email addresses we need on Myspace and Facebook. So, if you know any of these people and have their contact information, please email it to us.

PRICING AS FOLLOWS -
$60 per person for 3 hour open bar from 6-9 pm.
$35 per person for non alcoholic package
Pricing includes facility rental, food and beverage, DJ, and a few decorations.
I've got a question -- can we just pay out of pocket if we want to get a cocktail but don't have the alcoholic package?? I am not a big drinker, but may still like to have 1 or 2. I'd rather pay out of pocket for my couple drinks that I *might* imbibe rather than pay an additional $25 to have the alcoholic package added on that I might not take advantage of at all.
yes, you can still purchase drinks from the bar if you so choose. the only thing to keep in mind is that if you think you may drink more than two, you may consider getting the package...
If you haven't been there yet, they charge close to downtown pricing. I paid $7 i think for a tall captain and coke...
Thanks for the info. That is a good to know! I won't be drinking more than 2, I know that much for sure. Have to get back home to the kids, and don't need to risk any problems with that.
I am so upset... I am going to a Cubs game that weekend. Is it set in stone for this weekend?
yes, we had to close on the contract to keep the space. since it's a new club, it's filling up quickly!
But remember, the club is open really late, so come anyway after the "reunion" is over at 9pm, pay cover, and see everyone who stays!
